Step to change FAT to NTFS
From Command
Start -> Command Prompt(Run) -> Type Convert X: /Fs:NTFS -> Press Enter
Here X =Drive Letter
Before Format
Right click on driver you want to convert to NTFS
Select Format
Change File System to NTFS than click to format
NTFS Is Better Than FAT
