click start -> control panel (if your are in category view click swith to classic
view) -> regional and language option -> languages tab -> supplemental
language support select the check box beside the applicable language collection -> ok or apply -> you will prompted to insert the windows
CD -ROW or points to a network location where the file are located. After
the file are installed you must restart your computer.
