what is the difference between USB 1.1, USB 2.0 and USB 3.0?

USB stands for ‘Universal Serial Bus’ which enabling simple plug and play connectivity for a wide variety of devices to enhance the computing experience. This is a device invented by Ajay Bhatt. Its invention has replaced almost everything that was earlier used for this purpose. Although invented by for computers, USB has become so popular that it is used on virtually all electronic devices that are manufactured today. All game consoles, smartphones and PDA’s videos benefit from a USB power cord today. Even the Bluetooth devices and GPS chargers enjoy USB today. The huge popularity of USB can be found by its global sales of over 2 billion units in 2008. A striking feature of USB is that many of the same charge devices being connected with a computer.
or now there have been three versions of USB. USB 1.0 was released in 1996, USB 2.0 was born in 2000. It was in 2008 as USB 3.0 was introduced.

USB 1.1

USB 1.1 provides support for two interface speeds: Low Speed at 1.5Mb/s and Full Speed at 12Mb/s.
The two interface speeds target specific classes of devices to provide the most efficient and cost-effective interconnect solution.
Low speed devices are typically interactive input devices such as keyboards, mice or game controllers.
Full speed devices are typically application specific input devices such as microphones, cameras and printers

USB 2.0

USB 2.0 had a maximum speed of 480Mb/s.
Backwards compatible with the full speed and low speed transfer rates of USB 1.1.

USB 3.0

USB 3.0 boasts a maximum transfer speed of 4.8 Gbps yes, 4.8 Giga bits per second, almost 10 times faster than USB 2.0. Even with realistic numbers you can transfer data between your computer to a 64 Gigabyte thumb drive to full capacity in under 20 minutes!

aster speed is not the only difference, power usage and requirements for USB 3 devices are much "greener". The USB 3 devices will provide more power when needed to the device to achieve a maximum throughput and conserve power when the device is connected but is idling. so USB 3.0 require higher amounts of power to operate. It can provide 50% more power than USB 2.0 does through the cable itself.

Modern operating systems such as Windows 7 already has support built in for USB 3.0 and Mother Board manufacturers already have the USB 3 port built in on the upcoming motherboards. The USB 3 port on a motherboard is characterised by a blue color But USB is Black or white in color

What Beep Codes indicate - Beep code error

Your computer might emit a series of beeps during start - up if there are
error or problems. This series of beeps, called a beep code, identifies
a problem

Code Possible Problem
1 Possible system board failure - BIOS ROM checksum failure
2 No RAM detected
3 Possible system board failure - Chipset eror
4 RAM read/write failure
5 Real time clock failure
6 Video card or chip failure
7 Processor failure
8 Display failure

What is ISO File

Definition: An ISO file, often called an ISO image, is in fact an "image" of
an entire CD or DVD. The entire contents of a disc can be perfectly
represented in a single ISO file.

You can think of an ISO file like a box that holds all the parts to something
that needs built - like a child's toy you might buy that requires assembly.
The box that the toy pieces come in does you no good as an actual toy but
the contents inside of it, once taken out and put together, become what
you're actually wanting to use.

An ISO file is the same way. The file itself is no good unless it can be
opened, assembled, and used. The most common way to make use of an
ISO file is to burn the ISO file to a CD or DVD. It's a different process than
burning an MP3 file or a document to a disc because your CD/DVD burning
software must "assemble" the contents of the ISO file onto the disc.
ISO image files are often used to distribute large programs over the
Internet due to the fact that all of the program's files can be neatly
contained as a single file - the ISO file.

ISO images end in the file extension ISO. For example, the free Ophcrack
password recovery tool (which contains an entire operating system and
several pieces of software) is downloaded as the
ophcrack-vista-livecd-2.0.iso file.

How to Get Blue Ray Support In Windows 7

What is Blue Ray?
The DVD storage format has been around since the 90's. Blue Ray,
designed by Sony, is an optical disc storage medium which is designed to
replace the DVD format. These have a higher density than DVD, and use a
different wave length compared to a standard CD or DVD. A Standard DVD
uses a 650 nanometer red laser, whereas Blu-ray uses a shorter 405 nm
wavelength blue-violet laser. This permits almost six times more data
storage than a DVD.

How is Blue Ray supported today?
Blue ray uses codec’s, which are program algorithms to compress data
onto a disk. There are two main codecs:
* H.264 otherwise known as MPEG-4 Part 10.
* VC-1 a video codec that has was implemented by Microsoft in Windows Media
Video 9 (WMV)

These codecs are largely available to other software, but are not part of
the Windows 7 media player.

Windows 7 support codecs:
Nevertheless, there are other codecs that can be used that will allow
media and audio to be played on the Windows media center. They allow
movies, tv recordings, and audio to be played from a blue-ray disk.
Here are three such options.

1. Windows Media Player Plugins.
There are three that can be used.
* Plugins which are utilities add or extend the built-in functionality of
Windows Media Player.
* Skins which are Small programs that change the appearance of Windows
Media Player.
* Visualizations allow you to view Windows Media Player in different way,
but allowing you to listen to music and so on.

2. Corel WinDVD 9 Plus Blu-ray.
This Codec will allow you to use Blu-ray, HD DVD and standard DVDs.

3. Cyberlink Powerdvd 9.
This codec will play a variety of HD video formats like
AVCHD, AVCREC, MPEG-4 AVC (H.264), MPEG-2 HD and WMV-HD.
