Network and Sharing center has its own troubleshooter that helps solve
problems, to access it right click on the network icon in the notification
area -> 'troubleshoot problems' window tries to fix the error
independently you can consult the event viewer to analyze the results by
entering the follwing command in the search bar of the start menu
"eventvwr.msc/v:ndfeventview.xml" the event viewer provider a detailed
protocol of the diagnosis results
